SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING/ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 7 business days of receipt.

  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays)

  • All purchases are subject to bank authorisation prior to processing. Only authorised purchases will be processed and shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it for a full refund within 10 days upon receiving the item.

  • Product must be unused and in their original condition and packaging for a free exchange or prompt refund. We are unable to accept used products.

  • FEMOIRA is not responsible for return shipping costs. The original shipping fee is not refundable. We encourage you to ship using a method that will allow you to track your package.

  • Please include a copy of your invoice or your order number, a note including the reason for your return along with any items.

  • Once your return has been delivered to our facility, please allow 2-5 business days for your return to be processed and for a store credit to be issued to you.

  • FEMOIRA reserves the sole right to determine whether items qualify for return & exchange, credit or refund. FEMOIRA's return & exchange policy does NOT apply to third party retailers, limited time offers, special promotions, travel size, samples, sample bundles or starter kits. Products purchased within a kit or collection are not eligible for individual credit or exchange. Only products purchased directly from www.femoira.com are eligible for consideration.

  • International orders have 30 days for returns/exchanges.

  • In the case of international orders, the recipient is responsible for covering all additional duties and tax fees.

  • FEMOIRA is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact your selected courier company to handle such cases, as they are responsible for your items as soon as they leave our facility.

  • In the case of a defective or broken product, please email us with photos of the product to info@femoira.com.
