1. When will I receive my order?
Your products are made-to-order so it might take longer time to arrive. Once our team start to process your order, you will receive an email notification. From there, the delivery within West Malaysia will take around 4-6 business days, East Malaysia delivery will take around 7-10 business day, and international delivery will take around 15-20 business days, include crafting and packing timing. Our team will produce the order accordingly based on a first-come-first-served basis.

2. If I am not satisfied with the products, can I request for return or refund?

3. Can I amend/cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you change your mind, we will be glad if you reach out to us within the first 12 hours so that we won’t process your order. You can cancel or edit your order by emailing us at email@example.com or through Facebook Messenger (provided your order is not processed yet)
